Thank You Sandi

Wow, what a day! We had so much fun! A huge thanks to Sandi for sharing all her creativity with us, not to mention the quick photo lesson. Thanks to all that supported us and came by the shop or commented on our blog. You guys make it all worth while, thanks so much. So I have to tell you, Sandi left all these darling dresses at the shop, when Sunday morning rolled around I was wishing I had stayed up and made one for Regan to wear. So I'm NOT going to let another Sunday roll around before I get one made. I told my sister I was going to take the day off tomorrow lol and we are going do some serious sewing. I've never made a dress before so I'll keep you posted, I'll be sharing, so watch for my post in the next couple of days.
We really did have a great time, here are a few pictures of our day!

Thanks for the peach jam, Terry! I had some today, it was awesome! What a great gift idea.My Friend Whitney! Isn't she cute!
Sandi cutting fabric.
Mary what can I say, I'm glad your back! (wearing the spring fling by the apron lady)
My Friend VJ. She make the most gorgeous quilts!

Thank you to everyone. I almost forgot. The winners of the give-a-way are Kristina Butterfield and Tyra Rammell. Let me know if you want me to mail your prizes or if you want to pick them up at the store. Congrats. Thanks for playing. We'll do it again!
Ta Ta for now!

BYU Football & Material Girls

What about that BYU/UCLA Game. That was crazy insane. Saturday was my husband Scyril's Birthday, you guessed it, he's a BYU junky and he wanted to celebrate his b-day at the game. Happy Birthday sweety! We packed up the whole fam and headed down to Utah, for some BYU, Family and just a little quilting?! While we were down there I had to stop by to see my friend Nadine at The Material Girls in South Jordan. A couple of my quilts were there on a trunk show. It was fun to see them hanging in a store other than my own. We can thank my 13 year old Austin for these fabulous photos. It's getting closer to Saturday September 20th. Sandi Henderson will be at The Quilt Shoppe
with her trunk show and new patters! I can't wait! For those of you who won't be able to make it, watch for a special blog about our fun day with Sandi. Comment on this blog and you will be entered into our store drawing give-a-way! Winners will be posted Monday September 22nd!
